German GlassProTec fireproof glass is divided into three categories according to European standard refractory materials: E, EW, EI:

FEATURES :

  • Consists of 2 or more thermally tempered glass with embedded special fire protectioninterlayer

  • Very low heat radiation and thermal isolation on non-fire side up to 180 min

  • high mechanical strength, pendulum tested EN 12600Class 1 (C) 1

  • Glass breakage type of ESG, structure following EN 12150 falling into small crumbs

  • UV stability according to EN 12543-4

  • Moisture stability according to EN 12543-4

  • Temperature range in application:-10~+45° C

  • inclusion of almost any functional glass combination for multiple application possible.

  • Resistance against the Hose Stream Test following US standard dependent upon the requirements.


INSTALLATIONS:


  • protection against fire and smoke for 60-180 min

  • facades and interior partition doors and windows

  • flashover paths

  • When fire the average temperature rise of glass not exceed 140℃
